The Gridiron Company was founded by a team of former NFL and AFL pioneers with over 50 years of combined professional football experience across both codes. Having lived and competed at the highest level, our mission is to pass on this expertise to the next generation of athletes who aspire to play in the United States.
What sets us apart is our focus on eligibility first. We ensure every student-athlete understands and meets the academic and athletic requirements needed for a US college scholarship. From there, we provide elite, position-specific coaching that builds not just technical skill, but also the resilience and professionalism required to succeed overseas.
